Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of TRESSO and all related services, software, websites, downloads, and integrations. By using TRESSO, you agree to use the software lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable platform rules and laws.
Permitted Use
TRESSO is intended for lawful content organization, scheduling, and publishing workflows. Users may use TRESSO to:
- Organize finished video files for scheduled publishing
- Schedule content publishing across connected platform accounts
- Publish content through supported platform integrations (Instagram and YouTube)
- Manage personal or business creator workflows on your own machine
All permitted use is subject to an active TRESSO subscription, compliance with these terms, and compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use TRESSO for any of the following:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Violate platform Terms of Service
- Spam platforms or users
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Publish fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Engage in unauthorized automation or scraping
- Circumvent platform restrictions or rate limits
- Impersonate individuals or organizations
- Distribute illegal, infringing, or stolen content
- Abuse authentication systems or connected accounts
- Reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the software
- Use stolen, unauthorized, or compromised credentials
Violation of any prohibited activity is grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund, at TRESSO's sole discretion.
Platform Compliance
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all content and activity on connected platforms complies with those platforms' rules, including:
- Instagram policies (Meta Platform Terms)
- YouTube policies and Community Guidelines
- Platform API usage requirements
- Applicable copyright laws and the DMCA
- Advertising regulations and disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines for sponsored content)
- Community standards specific to each platform
TRESSO does not review, approve, or monitor content before it is published. You are the publisher of record for all content you post through this service.
Platform availability: TRESSO does not guarantee that platform APIs, integrations, or publishing functionality will remain available at all times. API changes, policy updates, and platform restrictions are outside TRESSO's control.
No Abuse of Infrastructure
Users may not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of TRESSO's software or infrastructure. Prohibited actions include:
- Attempting to overload, stress-test, or disrupt systems
- Interfering with the normal functioning of the software or scheduler
- Circumventing license validation, authentication, or subscription enforcement
- Redistributing the TRESSO application or its components without written authorization
- Reselling or sublicensing access to TRESSO without a written agreement from Ingresso LLC
TRESSO is a locally-installed application. Your installation is for your own single use only. Operating TRESSO on behalf of other users, organizations, or clients without authorization is prohibited.
Enforcement Rights
TRESSO reserves the right to take action in response to violations of this policy, including:
- Suspending or terminating account access
- Revoking the software license
- Limiting or restricting functionality
- Investigating reported or suspected misuse
- Cooperating fully with law enforcement and regulatory inquiries
- Blocking abusive activity at the account or network level
Enforcement decisions may be made at TRESSO's sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action where immediate action is warranted to prevent harm.
No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions
TRESSO is a publishing tool that connects to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for decisions made by those platforms regarding your content or account, including:
- Platform account suspensions or bans
- API changes or deprecations that affect posting
- Publishing failures caused by third-party service outages or restrictions
- Content removal or moderation decisions by external platforms
- Demonetization, reach restrictions, or algorithmic penalties
- Account restrictions resulting from your content or behavior on those platforms
If a social platform takes action against your account as a result of content you published through TRESSO, that is a matter between you and the platform. TRESSO cannot intervene on your behalf with external platforms.
Updates to This Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our service, applicable laws, or platform requirements. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of TRESSO after updates to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you have questions about a change, contact us before continuing use.
