Welcome to TRESSO

Start here. This page walks you through everything - from installing TRESSO to watching your first post go live.

Getting Started

Your First Few Minutes With TRESSO

Follow these steps in order. Each one takes a minute or two, and you only set most of them up once.

  1. Install TRESSO

Download the app for your computer (Windows or Mac) and run the installer. TRESSO opens to your dashboard when it's done.

  2. Activate your subscription

Paste the license key from your welcome email into TRESSO. That turns on the app on this computer - there's no separate account or password to create.

  3. Connect Instagram or YouTube

Open Connections and connect at least one platform. When an account shows Ready - a green label meaning it's connected and able to post - you're set. TikTok support is coming soon.

  4. Add your videos

Open the queue and add a video, or import a whole folder at once. Add a title, caption, and hashtags. Your video files stay on your computer.

  5. Choose your posting times

Pick a date and time for each video. To schedule a batch quickly, apply a preset - a saved posting rhythm, like "every weekday at 9 AM" - instead of setting each one by hand.

  6. Turn the scheduler on

The scheduler is what actually publishes your posts at their scheduled times. Switch it On (you'll see a green On indicator at the top of the app).

Tip: turn on Auto-start so the scheduler is always ready when you open TRESSO. Keep the app open - it can stay minimized in your system tray.

  7. Watch your posts go live

That's it. TRESSO publishes each video at its scheduled time. Check History any time to see what posted successfully and what needs attention.

Want Step-by-Step Detail?

These two guides walk through connecting accounts and building your queue in full.

1. Connect Your Accounts

Connect Instagram or YouTube so TRESSO knows where your videos can post.

  • Open Connections
  • Connect at least one platform
  • Confirm the account shows Ready (connected and able to post)
  • Return here when your connection is complete
Open Connection Guide

2. Queue Your First Videos

Add finished videos, choose dates, apply titles, captions, and hashtags, then line up your queue.

  • Add videos or import a folder
  • Apply posting defaults if you want them
  • Set times by hand, or apply a preset posting rhythm
  • Drag videos into the order you want them posted
  • Update the dates to match your new order in one click
Open Queue Guide

You don't have to do everything at once.

Connect one platform, queue a few finished videos, and confirm they look right before scheduling a larger batch.

After You Post: Where to See Results

Open History in TRESSO any time to see how your posts did. Every post lands in one of these states.

Successful

It posted

The video went live on the platform at its scheduled time. You'll see the post here, with a link to view it and its view count once the platform reports numbers.

Needs attention

Something stopped it

A post that didn't go through shows a plain-language reason - like a missing caption or an expired connection - so you know exactly what happened.

What to do

Fix it in a click

Follow the suggested next step, then press Retry. If it's a connection issue, reconnect the account in Connections first - your queue keeps its place.

Once Your Queue Is Ready

Bulk Scheduling

Schedule several finished videos at once.

Drag-and-Drop Queue

Reorder upcoming posts visually.

Reusable Hashtag Sets

Save hashtag groups and apply them fast.

Retry Failed Posts

Quickly retry a failed platform post.

About View Counts

YouTube

View counts appear automatically once a Short is posted and YouTube reports numbers.

Instagram

Reels views need Instagram insights. After you connect or reconnect, they fill in on the next sync.

Older Posts

Some older Instagram posts may show Views unavailable. That is expected, not an error.

Refresh Views

Use Refresh Views to pull the latest numbers. TikTok views are coming with TikTok.
