Refunds and cancellation.

TRESSO is a simple subscription — $29/month or $290/year with a 14-day free trial. Pinterest, Bluesky, and TikTok are live now. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Threads are coming soon. Cancel anytime; renewals bill at the then-current price. You can cancel anytime, and we keep refunds friendly and straightforward. See the full Refund Policy.

The short version: Cancel yourself anytime in Manage Billing. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Need a refund? Email us from your purchase address.
Cancel your subscription
Cancel anytime in Manage Billing
  1. In TRESSO, open Manage Billing. This opens your secure Stripe customer portal.
  2. In the portal, choose to cancel your subscription. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancel during the free trial
  1. The 14-day trial can be canceled before it bills. Cancel in Manage Billing any time before the trial ends and your card is never charged.

  1. Email support@tressohq.com from the email address you purchased with so we can find your account quickly.
  2. Tell us briefly what happened. We will review your request and get back to you.
