What this does
Explains how to cancel your TRESSO subscription yourself, and how refunds work.
How to use it
- In TRESSO, open Manage Billing. That opens your secure billing portal.
- Choose to cancel your subscription.
- You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Good to know
Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged. The card is only billed when the trial ends.

Consumers in the EU and EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies in addition to everything above.
