Everything you want to know before you start.

Yes - because TRESSO runs locally, your computer needs to be on and TRESSO needs to be running when a post is due. Most content creators either leave their desktop on, or schedule posts during the day when they're working anyway. TRESSO can also auto-start with Windows or Mac so it's always ready.
It means TRESSO is software that runs on your machine, not a web service that stores your content in our cloud. Your videos, captions, and credentials are all stored in a local folder on your computer. We have no access to them. When TRESSO posts a video, it reads the file from your hard drive and publishes it through the connected platform's publishing flow - our servers are never in that path.
TRESSO uses OAuth - the same method every major app uses (like "Sign in with Google"). You log in on Instagram or Google's actual website, approve TRESSO's access, and a secure token is issued. TRESSO never sees or stores your password. The token is saved locally in your .env file on your computer.
Yes. When you add a video to the queue, you select which platforms to post it to. TRESSO will post to all selected platforms at the scheduled time. You can post to both at once, or mix and match - for example, some videos only to YouTube Shorts, others to both.
TRESSO posts short-form vertical video - Instagram Reels (up to 90 seconds) and YouTube Shorts (up to 60 seconds). These are the formats each platform's API supports for automated publishing. Standard MP4 format works best.
TRESSO logs the failure with a reason (for example, "token expired" or "file format not supported") and shows it in your dashboard immediately on next launch. You can fix the issue and re-queue the post, or reschedule for a new time. Nothing silently disappears.
Your card is on file but nothing is charged during the trial. after 14 days, TRESSO automatically becomes $15/month - no action needed. If you decide it's not for you, cancel any time before the 14-day trial ends right from your Stripe billing portal. No email required, no forms to fill out.
TRESSO runs on Windows 10/11 and macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon). It requires Node.js installed on your machine - the setup guide walks you through it in a few minutes. A native installer is on our roadmap.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends.

When will I be charged?

After your 14-day trial ends. You will receive an email reminder before the first charge.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from inside TRESSO under Settings → Account and Billing, or email support. No penalties, no questions.

What platforms are included?

Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are fully supported. Both are included in the same plan at no extra cost.

Is TikTok included?

TikTok support is in development and is not available yet. When TikTok is approved and released, it will be included in the current TRESSO subscription.

Does my computer need to be on?

Yes. TRESSO posts from your Windows computer. The machine needs to be on and connected to the internet at the scheduled posting time. The Remote Access feature lets you monitor and control TRESSO from your phone.

What happens if a post fails?

TRESSO shows you the failure reason and lets you retry with one click. Nothing is silently dropped.

Do I need separate plans for Instagram and YouTube?

No. One plan covers both platforms. Post to Instagram, YouTube, or both at the same time.
