Does my computer have to be on for TRESSO to post?
Yes. Keep your computer powered on and connected to the internet when posts are scheduled. TRESSO handles sleep/wake recovery automatically; keep the Scheduler enabled.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Canceling stops your next renewal. Your access continues through the end of your paid billing period. Annual plans are not prorated or refunded after the 14-day trial/refund window.
What does private desktop posting mean for me?
It means TRESSO is software that runs on your machine, not a web service that stores your content in our cloud. Your videos, captions, and credentials are all stored in a local folder on your computer. We have no access to them. When TRESSO posts a video, it reads the file from your hard drive and publishes it through the connected platform's publishing flow - our servers are never in that path.
Do I give TRESSO my account password?
No. You sign in directly on the platform's secure website and approve access to TRESSO. TRESSO receives a secure connection token—not your password—and stores it locally on your computer.
Can I post to Pinterest from one entry?
Yes. When you add a video to the queue, you select which platforms to post it to, so you do it once instead of by hand on every platform. Pinterest, Bluesky, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Pages, and Instagram professional accounts auto-publish from the queue today, and Threads is coming soon. You can mix and match destinations per video.
What are campaigns? Do they add more social accounts?
Campaigns help you organize different content streams, products, or brands inside TRESSO. They do not add separate social account connections. Today, TRESSO publishes to Pinterest, Bluesky, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Pages, and Instagram professional accounts.
What kinds of videos does TRESSO support?
TRESSO handles short-form vertical video. Auto-publish from one desktop queue. Standard MP4 format works best.
What happens if a post fails?
TRESSO logs the failure with a reason (for example, "token expired" or "file format not supported") and shows it in your dashboard immediately on next launch. You can fix the issue and re-queue the post, or reschedule for a new time. Nothing silently disappears.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your card is on file but nothing is charged during the trial. After 14 days, One simple plan becomes $29/month (or $290/year) - no action needed. If you decide it's not for you, cancel any time before the 14-day trial ends right from your Stripe billing portal. No email required, no forms to fill out.
What operating systems does TRESSO run on?
TRESSO runs on Windows 10/11 and macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon). Download the native installer, activate with your license key, and follow the Getting Started guide to connect your accounts - no extra tools to install.
Is TRESSO available in the EU or EEA?
Not yet. TRESSO is not currently available for consumer purchase in the EU/EEA while we finish implementing and verifying our documented EU-readiness controls, including EU VAT at checkout. This page will be updated when EU/EEA availability opens. Customers outside the EU/EEA are unaffected.
Do EU or EEA customers get a 14-day right of withdrawal?
Yes. Consumers in the EEA or UK can withdraw within 14 days without a reason, in addition to cancelling. TRESSO is an ongoing subscription service, not one-time downloadable content, so if you ask us to begin during the 14-day period you can still withdraw within those 14 days; if you do, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided. You lose the right to withdraw only once the service has been fully performed, and only if you gave prior express consent to begin and acknowledged you would lose the right once the service is fully performed. To withdraw, email support@tressohq.com within 14 days.
How do I request or delete my data?
Use the support ticket form and choose Privacy Request, or email support@tressohq.com from your purchase email, to request access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or to withdraw consent. Verified requests are handled within one month (extendable by up to two further months with notice). Most of your data lives on your own computer; note that uninstalling TRESSO does not erase local data - you also delete the %APPDATA%\TRESSO folder yourself.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Invoicing runs through Stripe; the price at checkout is the total you pay and any tax is shown before you confirm. You can retrieve invoices from the Stripe billing portal via Manage billing on your account page or in the app. EU VAT invoicing, including a VAT identifier and reverse-charge note for valid business VAT numbers, becomes available together with EU/EEA availability.
