Everything you want to know before you start.

Yes. Keep your computer powered on and connected to the internet when posts are scheduled. TRESSO handles sleep/wake recovery automatically; keep the Scheduler enabled. If a post cannot go out within 10 minutes of its scheduled time because the computer was asleep, off or offline, TRESSO marks it Missed in Archive Vault instead of publishing it late, so you can choose Post Now or reschedule it.
You can cancel anytime from Account and Billing → Cancel subscription (this opens your billing portal). Canceling stops your next renewal. Your access continues through the end of your paid billing period. Annual plans are not prorated or refunded after the 14-day trial/refund window.
It means TRESSO is software that runs on your machine, not a web service that stores your content in our cloud. Your videos, captions, and credentials are all stored in a local folder on your computer. We have no access to them. When TRESSO posts a video, it reads the file from your hard drive and publishes it through the connected platform's publishing flow - our servers are never in that path.
No. You sign in directly on the platform's secure website and approve access to TRESSO. TRESSO receives a secure connection token—not your password—and stores it locally on your computer. Bluesky is the exception: you create an App Password in Bluesky's settings (never your main password) and paste it into TRESSO, which stores it encrypted on your computer.
Yes. When you add a video to the queue, you select which platforms to post it to, so you do it once instead of by hand on every platform. Pinterest, Bluesky, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Pages, and Instagram professional accounts auto-publish from the queue today, and Threads is coming soon. You can mix and match destinations per video.
Campaigns help you organize different content streams, products, or brands inside TRESSO. They do not add separate social account connections. Today, TRESSO publishes to Pinterest, Bluesky, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Pages, and Instagram professional accounts.
TRESSO posts videos to every live platform, including longer YouTube videos, and Instagram carousels of 2-10 images or videos. Auto-publish from one desktop queue. Standard MP4 format works best; MOV is accepted where the platform allows it.
TRESSO logs the failure with a reason (for example, "token expired" or "file format not supported") and shows it in your dashboard and in Archive Vault. Fix the issue, then retry only the destination that failed with one click, or reschedule the post for a new time. Destinations that already published are never sent again. With Mobile Access set up, you can also retry it, retry it later, or stop posting it to one account from your phone; your computer checks the request and runs it. Nothing silently disappears.
Your card is on file but nothing is charged during the trial. After 14 days, the plan you chose starts billing — $29/month, or $290/year - no action needed. If you decide it's not for you, cancel any time before the 14-day trial ends right from your Stripe billing portal. No email required, no forms to fill out.
TRESSO runs on Windows 10/11 and macOS 12 or later (Intel and Apple Silicon). Download the native installer, activate with your license key, and follow the Getting Started guide to connect your accounts - no extra tools to install.
Not yet. TRESSO cannot currently be bought with a billing address in the EU or EEA (the 27 EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), either by individuals or by businesses with a VAT number. A checkout completed with one of those addresses is cancelled before anything is charged and no license is issued. The reason is VAT: TRESSO is not yet registered to charge EU VAT to individuals, and business purchases with a VAT number (reverse charge) have not been opened yet. This answer will change on the day either opens. The same currently applies to billing addresses in the United Kingdom. Customers elsewhere are unaffected.
Yes. Consumers in the EEA or UK can withdraw within 14 days without a reason, in addition to cancelling. TRESSO is an ongoing subscription service, not one-time downloadable content, so if you ask us to begin during the 14-day period you can still withdraw within those 14 days; if you do, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided. You lose the right to withdraw only once the service has been fully performed, and only if you gave prior express consent to begin and acknowledged you would lose the right once the service is fully performed. To withdraw, submit a support ticket within 14 days.
Use the support ticket form and choose Privacy Request to request access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or to withdraw consent. Verified requests are handled within one month (extendable by up to two further months with notice). Most of your data lives on your own computer; note that uninstalling TRESSO does not erase local data - you also delete the TRESSO folder yourself (%APPDATA%\TRESSO on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/TRESSO on a Mac).
Invoicing runs through Stripe; the price at checkout is the total you pay and any tax is shown before you confirm. You can retrieve invoices from the Stripe billing portal via Manage billing on your account page or in the app. EU VAT invoicing, including a VAT identifier and reverse-charge note for valid business VAT numbers, becomes available together with EU/EEA availability.
