Copyright and DMCA Policy

Ingresso LLC  ·  Last Updated: May 28, 2026  ·  Version 1.0

1. Ownership of Content

All content posted through TRESSO - including video files, captions, thumbnails, and any associated metadata - remains the exclusive property of the user who created and uploaded it. TRESSO does not claim ownership over any content you post to social platforms using our service.

The TRESSO application itself, including its code, interface design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Ingresso LLC and is protected under applicable U.S. and international copyright law. The TRESSO name, logo, and "Posting Command Center" tagline are trademarks of Ingresso LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any TRESSO intellectual property is prohibited.

By using TRESSO, you represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights to all content you post, and that posting such content does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

2. Prohibited Copyright Violations

You may not use TRESSO to post, schedule, or distribute content that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Videos, audio recordings, or music you did not create and do not have a license to distribute
  • Content that incorporates copyrighted soundtracks, film clips, or imagery without proper authorization
  • Compilations or derivative works created without the consent of the original rights holder
  • Content that has been issued a takedown notice on any platform and is being re-posted through TRESSO to circumvent that action

Using TRESSO to knowingly post infringing content is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account suspension without refund. Repeated infringement will result in permanent termination.

We are not responsible for content posted by users. However, we take copyright compliance seriously and will act on valid complaints as described in this policy.

3. DMCA Takedown Requests

TRESSO complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe a TRESSO user has posted your copyrighted work without authorization, you may submit a written takedown notice to us.

A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material - including the URL, platform, account handle, and date of the post - with sufficient detail for us to locate it;
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Important: Because TRESSO is a local-first application - your videos travel directly from your device to the social platform - TRESSO itself does not host your content. If content was published to Instagram or YouTube, those platforms' own DMCA procedures are the most direct path to removal. We will assist where our service is directly involved.

Send takedown notices to: support@tressohq.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may be liable for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you are a TRESSO user and believe your account access was restricted or content was flagged as a result of a mistaken or fraudulent DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the content that was removed or affected, and its prior location;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number;
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or Dallas County, Texas if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Submit counter-notifications to: support@tressohq.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification".

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore access to the affected account or material in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2), typically within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Ingresso LLC maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

A user may be considered a repeat infringer upon receipt of multiple valid DMCA notices, or upon a pattern of behavior that demonstrates intentional or systematic use of TRESSO to distribute infringing content.

Account termination under the Repeat Infringer Policy is immediate, permanent, and without refund. No further access to the TRESSO application will be granted to terminated accounts.

We reserve the right to exercise this policy at our reasonable discretion, including in response to a single severe violation where circumstances warrant.

6. Third-Party Platforms

TRESSO publishes content to Instagram and YouTube using those platforms' official APIs. Each of these platforms has its own copyright enforcement procedures, content ID systems, and DMCA agents. TRESSO is not responsible for content moderation decisions made by those platforms.

If content you posted via TRESSO has been removed, restricted, or flagged by a third-party platform, you must work directly with that platform to resolve the matter:

  • Instagram (Meta): Use Meta's Rights Manager and IP reporting tools at Meta's IP Report Form
  • YouTube: Submit a copyright removal request through YouTube's copyright process

TRESSO will cooperate with valid takedown requests and law enforcement inquiries where our service is directly implicated. We cannot intervene in platform-level content decisions on your behalf.

7. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Ingresso LLC. Nothing in this policy or in TRESSO's Terms of Service shall be construed to grant any user a license to TRESSO's intellectual property beyond what is explicitly stated.

Ingresso LLC reserves the right to modify this Copyright and DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of TRESSO after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
