What this does
Connections lists every destination you have set up and tells you, honestly, which ones TRESSO can publish to right now.
How to use it
- Open Connections.
- At the top, Connected Destinations shows how many of your 14 destinations are in use. Just below, TRESSO tells you how many of those accounts are connected right now.
- If an account needs you, choose Needs attention to see only those accounts.
- Reconnect anything showing Reconnect required before you rely on it.
Good to know
Two different counts appear here and they mean different things. "Used" counts every destination you have set up, including any that need reconnecting. "Connected" counts only the ones TRESSO can publish to right now.
A destination that needs reconnecting has not been lost. Its settings are intact; it simply needs you to sign in again.
TRESSO checks every Instagram account and Facebook Page once a day with that account's own login. If Meta has withdrawn access - for example after a Facebook security reset or password change - the account turns to Reconnect required the same day, and TRESSO alerts you once.
