What this does
Engagements counts the actions people took on what you published - likes, comments, shares, saves and clicks - over the last 30 days, across every destination that reports them.
How to use it
- Open the Dashboard and read the Engagements card.
- Open Archive Vault to see which destinations those actions came from.
What you'll see
Each destination contributes only the actions its platform actually reports:
- Facebook and TikTok report likes, comments and shares.
- Instagram and YouTube report likes and comments.
- Pinterest reports saves and clicks.
- Threads and Bluesky report no engagement actions at all, so they contribute none. Threads still reports views; Bluesky reports neither.
Good to know
TRESSO only counts what a platform genuinely returns. A destination that reports nothing contributes nothing - it is never counted as zero, because "nobody engaged" and "the platform did not tell us" are different facts and TRESSO will not blur them.
The engagement rate divides reported actions by the reported views, or by impressions on Pinterest. It is calculated only where both numbers exist, so it is never a rate over a guess.
The card covers the whole account, not the destination you happen to have selected. The same is true of Published, Views and Delivery Success Rate - the whole top row answers one question about your account.
