What this does
Explains why a view count is not showing, rather than filling the gap with a zero.
How to use it
- Check that the destination is still connected. An expired connection cannot refresh numbers.
- Reconnect it if needed, then allow time for the next refresh.
- If the number is still unavailable, check whether that platform publishes a view count for that kind of post at all.
Good to know
Not every platform reports a view count for every kind of post. Where one is genuinely unavailable, TRESSO says so instead of showing 0 - a real zero and a missing number mean very different things.
