What this does
Moves TRESSO to a different computer using the licence you already have. Your subscription does not change and you do not buy anything again.
How to use it
- On the computer you are leaving, open Account and Billing and choose Deactivate this device. That frees the activation for the new machine.
- Install TRESSO on the new computer.
- Activate it with the same license key.
- Reconnect your destinations.
If you no longer have the old computer, skip the first step and activate on the new one.
Good to know
Deactivating removes only the activation. Your scheduled posts, connections, settings and videos on that computer are untouched, and you can activate there again at any time.
Your destinations do need reconnecting on the new computer. Connections are held on the machine that made them, which is also why nobody else can post as you from anywhere else.
If you reach a device limit while activating, email support and it will be reset for you.
