What this does
The Queue is the record of scheduled work that has not reached its posting time yet.
How to use it
- Open Queue.
- Use List to check exact videos, destinations, times and readiness.
- Use Calendar (Month, Week or Day) when you want to see the spacing instead.
- Open an item's ··· menu and choose Edit to change its title, caption, hashtags or other posting information, or Change schedule to change its time.
- Choose Remove from queue only when you genuinely want that scheduled work gone.
Good to know
Every scheduled post has a title, and Edit always shows it. The title is the name you see in the Queue, the Dashboard and Archive Vault. YouTube publishes it as the video title, and TikTok and Pinterest use it too. Videos scheduled in bulk start with their file name as the title, so Edit is where you give them a proper one. Changing the title changes nothing else: the video file, the date and time and the accounts stay exactly as they were.
A post can be edited until it starts publishing. While TRESSO is sending it, Edit is refused and nothing is changed; open it again when it has finished.
Edit follows the same text-limit rules as New Post: hashtags that do not fit a platform's character limit are left out whole and TRESSO says how many were included, and a caption that is too long for one platform holds only that destination - the others keep their schedule.
Removing a post from the Queue does not delete its video, and a removed post is not sent. Do not delete videos from TRESSO's own folder on your computer while they are scheduled: a post whose video is gone is marked File missing and is not sent. If that happens, put the video back in the same place with the same name and TRESSO picks it up again.
The Queue does not empty when the Scheduler is off. Your posts stay exactly where they are; automatic publishing is simply paused until you turn it back on.
An empty Queue when your destinations are already connected just means nothing is scheduled yet. It is not a sign that anything is broken.
