What this does
Bulk Schedule prepares a group of finished videos in one pass, so you are not repeating the same setup for every file.
How to use it
- Choose the videos.
- Choose a Publishing Profile for the batch, or select the accounts manually.
- Fill in the shared details, and anything a particular destination requires.
- Review each row: one date and time (you can schedule up to 12 months ahead), one time zone, and whether it is ready.
- On Confirm, choose Schedule.

Good to know
Nothing is half-scheduled. If Pinterest is missing a required title, TRESSO stops before scheduling anything and names the video, the account and the field. Fill it in and schedule again.
Once the batch is scheduled, each destination publishes on its own, and a failed destination can be retried by itself without repeating anything that already published.
Text limits never stop the rest of the batch. When hashtags would take a destination over its character limit (Bluesky's is 300), TRESSO includes as many whole hashtags as fit, and the result says so for that video, for example "Bluesky: 14 of 20 hashtags included to fit its 300-character limit." When a video's caption alone is too long for one destination, that video's other destinations are scheduled and only that destination is held, with the reason and the fix.
When every account you choose belongs to one Publishing Profile, the scheduled posts are saved with that profile, so they appear under it in the Queue and Archive Vault.
Each video starts with its file name as its title. To change one, open Queue, choose the post's ··· menu and Edit; the title is always shown there.
If some videos could not be scheduled, the result lists them in two groups. Could not be scheduled are the ones worth trying again, and Retry sends only those. Already published are videos TRESSO has a confirmed published post for: they are not scheduled a second time and are not part of Retry. Each one shows the account and date it was published to, with View in Archive to open that post. To publish it again on purpose, open it in Archive Vault and choose Create New Post.
