What this does
Works through why an assistant is not reaching TRESSO. In nearly every case it is one of four things.
How to use it
- Confirm TRESSO is open and unlocked on this computer.
- Confirm the connection details were pasted in full, with nothing missing from either end.
- Confirm your assistant saved the connection.
- Close your assistant completely and open it again - most assistants only read their settings at startup.
- Return to TRESSO and choose Test connection.
Good to know
Your assistant needs to be able to reach an application running on your own computer. An assistant that can only reach things on the internet cannot connect to TRESSO.
