Retry a failed account without resending successful posts

Every video waits in the queue with its accounts and time. If one account does not publish, TRESSO shows which one and why, and Retry sends only that account. Accounts that already published are never sent the video again.

Yes. TRESSO posts from your computer. Keep it on, awake and online at posting times, with TRESSO running and the Scheduler enabled. Your screen can be off while the computer stays awake.

If a post is marked Missed, review it and choose when to publish or reschedule it. Your saved queue survives a restart.
Your video library and publishing queue are stored on your computer. When a post publishes, its video and post details are sent to the selected platform. Connected platforms process that content under their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for how TRESSO handles account, licensing and service data.
Only for actions you choose. TRESSO uses your authorized Google connection to identify your YouTube channel, show recent uploads, and publish videos. For Google Drive imports, it accesses only the file you select.

TRESSO does not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models with it. Your connection tokens remain encrypted on your computer. See our Privacy Policy for details.
TRESSO shows which account failed and why. Fix the issue, then retry that account using the stored video. Accounts that already published are not sent the video again. Held accounts stay held until you explicitly retry them.
No. Archive Vault automatically saves every post TRESSO publishes, including its caption, hashtags, platform, publish date, status, live link, campaign, category, and reusable details.

You can review past posts, copy content, open live links, export records, or recreate a post as a new draft. Everything stays stored on your computer.

Video cleanup follows your app’s retention settings. Your original video files are not removed by managed-copy cleanup, and unfinished destinations are protected. Published post records and available live links remain in Archive Vault.
When you post to Pinterest, TRESSO can turn your caption into a complete, search-ready Pin in one click - a title, a longer description, keywords, hashtags, a destination link, alt text, and a cover-text idea. Everything stays editable before you schedule, and it is saved with the post in your Archive.

Campaigns help you organize content by product, service, client, launch, or content stream. Each campaign can have its own posting defaults, hashtag sets, watched folders, queue, history, and performance reporting.
Yes. Create separate campaigns for each product, service, client, or content stream and switch between them whenever you want.
A Publishing Profile keeps everything for one brand in one place: its posting accounts, its brand voice and guidance, its posting defaults (title, caption and hashtags), and its saved endings and hashtag sets. Use one profile per brand or per client - for example "TRESSO" and "Pippa Says". You create and edit them in Settings, under Posting Defaults. When you choose a profile for a post, TRESSO fills in exactly its accounts and its starting text, and you can still change anything on that post before you schedule it. Nothing from one profile ever appears on another profile's posts.
No. For New Post and Bulk Schedule, you can choose a Publishing Profile or select accounts manually. TRESSO never chooses a profile automatically, even when only one exists. The brand tools (brand-aware hashtags, saved endings and brand guidance) work once you choose a profile. For watched folders, campaigns and Plan My Week, assign a profile once so future posts use the correct accounts and that brand's defaults.
Yes. Each Publishing Profile has its own default title, default caption and default hashtags. They fill in a new post made with that profile, and you can edit each post before scheduling. TRESSO never overwrites text you have already written: if you switch profile, it keeps your text and lets you apply the new profile's defaults only if you want them. Changing a profile later never alters posts you already scheduled.
No. TRESSO does not write captions. Your profile's brand voice and guidance are shown while you write, and TRESSO flags any phrase you said to avoid. Hashtags and saved endings are added only when you click them, using that profile's own hashtag sets and endings - and Undo puts the caption back. To have an assistant draft captions, connect ChatGPT or Claude Desktop from Connections.
TRESSO never swaps in a different account. A post whose destination is missing or disconnected is marked Needs attention in your Queue and is not scheduled or published until you choose its destinations or reconnect the account. Each post keeps the exact accounts it was created with, so editing a profile later does not change posts already in your Queue.
Yes. Save a reusable caption with an optional title and hashtag set, then apply it in the composer or to selected videos in Bulk Schedule. Saved endings let you reuse sign-offs and links. Review the final text before scheduling; account-specific caption overrides are preserved.
